Went to buy a carseat and accidentally grabbed the wrong one, as we had been looking for one that was on sale. Went to the help desk and after confirming they indeed still had the one we were looking for in stock, they sent someone to find it. When they were unable to find it, they told us they could special order it in for us, and waived the deposit as they might still find it and call us, and would honor the sale price. They just went above in beyond. (He did all this while entertaining my one year old). Well done would definitely recommend.
Store was fine and the customer service polite. This seems like a large store compared to others in the province so the selection was good. If you happen to be pulling a trailer or have a large RV the parking lot is very large so there is lots of space for parking and maneuvering in and out. The location is good as it is only a short walk from town on Hwy 16.
Best tire deals around. And the best after sales support. I would buy nothing less for my wife.
Had to buy new tires here on the way through from Prince Rupert to Grande Prairie... they got me in fast and sold me good tires. It was nice that they had stock and were able to get me in immediately, thanks
