Worst motel ever! Terrible service. I will NEVER return & will advise all friends & family to never stay there! Went in to inquire about room rates and availability. Was told I would be charged the cheapest rate. Started filling out registration when I was asked iof there would be anyone visiting me, I told her yes... but not past 10pm since my friend had to go to work. She refused to rent me the room unless I paid an additional $10 for my friend to visit.. I agreed, tired from my trip... just wanted to get some rest. Then i was told to come back after 4pm because she had a crew coming in and didnt know she was going to put us yet....?? (WTF) At this point I should have gone somewhere else. The lady at the front desk kept insisting that I had been to that hotel in the past, and started making references to partying & drugs... I have never been so insulted in my life! I'm a proffessional woman, on travel for business... trying to explain to this lady that I have never even been to this town!!! These people need a lesson on how to run a business and treat their guests!!!!+On top of that.. the room was exactly like a prison cell!!.. No coffee, only 5 channels & filthy. Check-out time was at 11pm.... I started getting calls from the front desk at 8pm and there after every 30 minutes... just to remind me that check out was 11pm and to give me the current time... a countdown to check out!! I couldn't sleep in!! I felt like I was being pushed out of the room!!!! i also realized on my out the door, that they had their room prices listed on the back of the door... they had charged me the price for PEAK SEASON IN THE MIDDLE OF NOVEMBER!!!!! They ripped me off!!!BEWARE!!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!! BAD SERVICE!! CHEATS!! KEEP DRIVING!!!
I had a door malfunction and trap me in my room. When I jumped out the window to get out and go work. They phoned me and said they should Have called the police. And that they were charging me to clean the dishes I had left, already washed on the counter. I think these people are scam artists. Beware.
